Nowadays, organizations are operating in a full of complex, ever changing and unpredictable environment, so that technological changes in providing goods and services, creating new organizational structures, new competitive methods and unique methods of sales indicate the importance of planning of TOP MANAGEMENT team in line with the organizational success. Therefore, an attribute which is important more than ever is resilience of TOP MANAGEMENT team from two dimensions of its beliefs and adaptive capacity with these environmental events. So, in this paper the effect of connectivity of TOP MANAGEMENT team on their resilience was investigated amongst 500 industrial active units located in Mashhad-Toos Industrial Zone, as the statistical population. Statistical sample was comprised of 185 organizations. Analysis results using structural equation modeling showed that the tested model had a goodness of fit to data. The effect of connectivity of TOP MANAGEMENT team on efficacious beliefs of resilience and adaptive capacity of resilience was confirmed in line with related previous studies.

Purpose: Identifying the processes of managing university archives in the world's TOP universities and providing solutions for proper MANAGEMENT of university archives of Iran. Methodology: The study is applied research in terms of the purpose and was conducted using descriptive research method. The statistical population was the archives of the TOP 150 universities in the world. Data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The collected data was recorded in SPSS software and analyzed based on descriptive statistics. Findings and Conclusion: Most of the university archives operate under the supervision of the university library and consist of administrative, historical, and research archives. Official university / administrative and financial records comprise the bulk of the collection in university archives. Professors, students and researchers outside the university were the main users of university archives. Collection level was the most common level of records arrangement and description, and records arrangement and description are based on national and international standards, the most common of which is the ISAD standard. Records and resources could only be used in the study room in most university archives. Training programs in records arrangement and description for employees were a priority. Holding exhibitions ranked first among the types of educational programs for users. In general, all the different activities and aspects of managing the identified university archives were very important in the university archives perspectives, but their importance varied in each university archive according to the university policies.

This study aimed to critically examine university MANAGEMENT in achieving TOP global rankings, using a qualitative-research approach with Ruth Wodak’ s method of critical discourse analysis. Participants included 16 experts and senior officials from the Institute for Higher Education Research and Planning, University of Tehran, Eco Insurance Higher Education Institute, Alameh Tabatabae University and Technical and Vocational University whom were selected via snowball sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were applied to collect data based on theoretical saturation which were lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. For data validation both participants review (member check) and review by external experts (external check) were applied. Thematic analysis and spoken texts analysis methods were used to analyze data. The results showed that university MANAGEMENT problems in Iran are associated with two factors: Intrapersonal Factors (extreme politicization of university managers, disregard for delegating authority and trying to maintain the status quo, assuming academic MANAGEMENT the same as managing other organizations, inappropriate decision making and planning); and Interpersonal Factors (defective monitoring and evaluation system, inappropriate organizing and coordination). In this regard, some strategies are presented to improve the global ranking of Iranian universities.
